I haven’t met anyone who likes problems, people tend to love challenges but not problems, and however, I believe that your biggest problems are also your biggest opportunities, your biggest opportunities to grow, to become better, to profit from.

There is nothing like a great competitor.

So in every single challenge there is also an opportunity. There is no challenge without the corresponding opportunity.

The real challenge is to see it that way. Sometimes we are so deep into the problem that is hard to see the advantage, the benefit of this situation.

But the benefit is there, even though sometimes is pain full too.
