Make Yourself Uncomfortable

Tell yourself that constantly. Your own praising is the most important one you can receive.
You don´t need anybody else’s praising to feel worthy. Your own praising is the most powerful
you can receive because it has no filters or conditions.

Today 3-minute capsule is about making yourself uncomfortable. What do I mean?

Well, I believe, one of the most dangerous things you can do in your life is to live in your comfort zone.
The comfort zone is similar to the gray area of someone who physically training.

You don´t go hard enough to make yourself grow and improve but at the same time you
do something enough to feel good about yourself.

You are in the area of no man’s land. Just surviving.

How do you get out of your comfort zone? Very easy. You make yourself uncomfortable.
You start making yourself a little uncomfortable.

Just do something a little different. You are brushing your teeth? Use the other hand.
You don´t feel as talking to someone? Make yourself do it. Feel uncomfortable and do it anyway.
As with any habit, every time you do something, it becomes easier to do it again and again.

The key is the first step. Make yourself uncomfortable with little things and the big ones will be easy.

Remember, every little step, every little action has consequences and sometimes the smallest
actions can have the biggest results. Make yourself uncomfortable. Change a little your habit,
shake yourself a little bit. Take a trip, one that is not 100% organize.

Force yourself to feel a little uncomfortable and you will feel more powerful and in control.
