Your cell phone can be the best tool for superior performance and productivity or your worst nightmare. It depends on your discipline.

It depends on how you use it.

It can become an extraordinary tool for knowledge, investigation and expertise or it can become the biggest single tool for wasting time and your life.

You have to be careful on how you use it. Make intelligent choices and constantly evaluate your usage.

If you have 24 hour a day phone data, is very easy to become addicted and interrupt your most important activities and task.

 I have a friend who checks her facebook email and chat every single hour of the day even at night while she sleeps. Is this healthy or productive?

Probably not. 

Do you constantly check whatsapp,  facebook and other social networks? Probably you are losing time and energy doing that.

I have found the majority of people do not care what you do, even if they give you likes. You can have 10.000 friends on any network and zero real friends in real life.

Better have 5 true friends who really care about you and who you do talk every day. 

Suggestion for using your phone for productivity an learnig
1. Download only apps that help you and inspire you, help you learn like dictionary, gps, etc

2. Set dead phone times during the day, in which you will turn off your phone, or at least the data

3. Turn off the social networks during the day. You can open them up one hour a day or so. Get back your life.
