Your “IDEAL DAY” EXERCISE, Living Your Dreams

HOW WOULD YOUR IDEAL DAY BE LIKE?

This exercise will give you clarity and perspective. When you do it you will feel like a new expressway has been constructed inside your mind.

I just finished watching a video by Randy Gage. I met Randy when I was living in Miami at Unity church. He has some great programs on prosperity and prosperity consciousness. He is a marketing expert too.

This video is interesting. It’s about creating your ideal day. Is part of some videos he posts about once a week or so.

 

 

In Turbomind we have several apps just to do this exercise. Create your ideal day.

Exercise:

Write your ideal day in detail. Write how would your ideal day would be like.

Here are some questions that can help you:

 

  1.  Where would you live
  2. What would you do for a living?
  3. With whom would you share your life with?
  4. What would you do for fun?
  5. How would you spend your time?
  6. How would you contribute to other people?
  7. How would your ideal lifestyle be like?
  8. At what time would you wake up and go to bed, what would your ideal diet be like?

The idea is to design your ideal day. Most people have dreams they want to achieve, they know they want to change their lives. However, most of the time they don’t have a clear idea of the type of life they want to live.

People tell me they want to be happy, but most when I ask what makes them happy, they don’t know. What makes you happy? Do you know? Most people don’t, or they give a general answer.

This is a great exercise to start creating the life you want, by designing your ideal day and your ideal life.

So, this is Turbomind version of this exercise. It’s a two part exercise.

  1. WRITING
    Describe in detail your ideal day
    . Write it down. When you write it you are able to describe it much more powerful. Describe your ideal day from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. Everything about your ideal day, the clothes you would be wearing,, the color of your car, the contribution you want to make….etc.

 

  1. VISUALIZING
    After you have finished
    this process which will take you about 30 minutes to really describe it, close your eyes, take three deep breaths and start visualizing your ideal day based on what you have been written down.

 

  1. REINFORCEMENT
    Carry your ideal day paper with you, or in your computer and use every day some time to read it. There is so much time during the dy that we don’t use. For example when you are waiting in the bank, or waiting for the food after you have order your dinner. It will only take 5 minutes to do so but it will be a powerful and well invested 5 minutes.

Remember, you are creating your life now, weather consciously or subconsciously every moment. You create your life by what you are doing today with your life, and it all starts in your thinking.

Please do the exercise. They are very powerful. You will get a much better idea of the life you want to create.

And remember, this or somethig better.
