Take chances; get out of your comfort zone. It sounds like a cliché but it’s powerful. These actions are lived by highly successful people, high achievers. If you have everything under your control, it means you are not expanding yourself. It means you are playing too safe.

Your universe, the same as the universe it’s either expanding or contracting, cannot be static. I remember when I decided to take a trip to Thailand for a month, I decided to stay in south East Asia for 1.5 years going all over the place and living one of the most fascinating times in my life.

3-Easy exercises to get train your comfort muscles:

  1. Talk to people around you that you don’t know yet. Try to make a new friend a day say hi, start a conversation, and expose yourself. This is one of the best overall daily exercises. It makes you more social and interesting.
  2. Go to new places. Make a commitment to visit a new place every other day. It could be a restaurant, a company, a store, whatever that is new, and gets you out of your daily hypnosis.
  3. Try a new activity, sport or something new that makes your stretch and expand yourself.
