How do I multiply myself?

This is a great question. I love questions. One of the keys to success is the ability to multiply yourself. I would even say, the necessity to multiply and leverage yourself with a great team of people.

How do I multiply myself? What do I mean? I mean how I create people that can do the same thing I have to do, but even better?

I train them. I create leaders. I teach people and empower them, especially doing something they like. This is the key. It’s hard to multiply yourself creating leaders that don’t like what they have to do.

The key is to find passionate people around the things they and you love, teach them and help them grow their passion.
