The other day I was talking t a friend who used to be a personal trainer, used to train, but she looked really out of shape. She hasn’t exercise for a long time.

She looked a little frustrated with herself.

I told her to start with the smallest denominator action.

Start with the smallest action possible, but start with something”.

 She asked me what was that….I encouraged her to start with something.

Start with three pushups, or three sit-ups. Start wit something. Even one push up can create the momentum to take you to the second and third.

Small changes and corrections have massive impact in your life and your organizations…

A 10 minute walk can change your life. Small actions have huge impact. Don’t overestimate the power of small actions.

Some people procrastinate because they make it in their heads this huge massive change, when in reality that change would start with the “smallest denominator” action.

Ask yourself,

What small action could I take today that would open up a huge change in my life?
