Your 100-Lifetime Dream Exercise Turboomind Coaching Form

The other day I was reading “Buy your on island” by Danny Flood and I like the part where he was talking about writing your life dreams and goals. Herehissite,

I get a lot of ideas from books. I love reading. I could spend an entire life reading, studying and learning.

The challenge is that I love so many things….

I love people and socializing. I love travelling. I could spend another life doing that too.

I love meditating. Another life there too.

What else?…

I love nature, the outdoors, I could spend another life just doing that.

I would need about 7 lives to do everything I want to do in one.

Ok, so what is the 100-Dream Exercise?

It is an exercise where you write your 100-lifetime dreams.

I have done this before, but never officially recorded in a diary form so I kind of forgot about it, and I forgot where I placed that piece of paper. Sounds familiar?

So, I have decided to solve the problem by creating a form.

Have you ever had a dream in the back of your mind which you never woke it up, it never became a real project?

Maybe you have things you would like to do that come sporadically to your conscious.

Well, I have developed this Turbomind Total Success 100-Dream form for people to easily be able to write 100 dreams (or goals) for their life.

This is an important coaching exercise for you to do.

It helps you create a vision for your life as a whole. It encourage you to dream of all the things you would like to do, not so much in a goal format, where you have a specific time frame to achieve them, but more into a free flow of thought.

It’s like a bucket list…….

Things you want to achieve, do, manifest or become.

This list also includes places you want to visit, people you want to meet, subjects you want to learn, and contributions you want to make……

Anything and everything you want to do in your entire life.

No limits…..anything.

You have 100 spaces to write your 100-dreamgoals but can also add more on the other side if you feel like adding more.

In his book, Danny Flood mentions how a 15 year old kid, John Goddard,  wrote all the things he wanted to do and achieve in his lifetime.

This was in 1940. Before he died, by the time he was 88 years old, he had achieved or realized 120 out of the 127 items on the dream list.


Some of these were really adventurous and challenging goals.

You have the power to create the life exactly as you would like to.

You are the one who makes the decisions, think the thoughts and take the actions.

Remember, there is no limit to the level of success you can achieve and experience. There is no limit to what you can become.

The only limits are the ones you decide consciously or subconsciously to create in your mind.

Go ahead and make your life extraordinary.
